Hi. Russian economics is rather unstable if we look from the facet of market capitalisation -- RTS tickers are very volatile. But you are to know that daily trades are very small, so this volatility is only demonstrating panic among the smallest players.

Nearly all BIG players are closely associated with state structures, so they are driven by non-market pulses. State structures are stable, and I think they'll be stable until Brent goes under $60, and may become extremely unstable if Brent goes under $40.

We've got no noticable increase of unemployment -- for example I didn't seriously think about firing anyone and I know only 2 4 Moscow bankers who were fired. Certainly we need much more precise control over costs now. Certainly I had to freeze salaries indexing. Certainly I pinched plans of expansion.

And yes, I've heared stories about people lost their flats.
